3. Zero Animals
Absolutely no pets or service animals permitted on property under any context to preserve purity and absolute sanitation.
4. Quiet Hours
Enforced strictly between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Outdoor decks must remain whispering spaces to respect adjacent concrete suites.
5. Security & CCTV
Gated 24/7 staff presence and CCTV lanes. Absolute camera blind-spots over all pools, sun-decks, and outdoor double tubs.
6. Passport Standard
All booking lead names are matched against original physical passports at the check-in desk to verify age. Sticking to PDPA laws.

Guests are not permitted to bring their own bottles. All drinks must be consumed off-property. Any alcohol brought on-site will be confiscated by 24/7 security and returned upon checkout.
Our entire property is strictly smoke-free and pet-free. This includes private decks, balconies, and public spaces (including service animals). Smoking must occur entirely off-campus—we encourage smokers to take walks along our beautiful jungle lining the street outside. Any violations regarding pets or indoor smoking will result in confiscation of smoke materials/pet exclusion and potential guest removal to preserve our sanitation standards.

We do not claim complete legal soundproofing as outdoor jungle sounds and distant echoes traverse natural valleys; however, inside your suite, you are insulated for a quiet, deeply restful sanctuary.
No. SBR Café is accessible via a separate entrance with dedicated public parking. Café visitors have no structural or visual access to the hotel suites, private pool lanes, or sun-decks. This keeps the guest experience entirely secluded, quiet, and under constant security monitoring.
Quiet Hours are active between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM daily. During these hours, we ask guests to keep all sounds, in-room media, and outdoor activities to a whisper. Live music at SBR Café always terminates at 9:00 PM precisely to respect this timeline.
To secure a reservation, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at check-out. The remaining balance is payable prior to arrival. Due to our highly exclusive layout of only four available suites, we do not offer free cancellations, changes of date, or refunds for late cancellations, emergency no-shows, or early departures.
